PerUs was started and is run by a hand-selected group of individuals who bring excellence to each individual role within our family. Our founding members are truly remarkable people, each one highly accomplished in his or her field and dedicated to the philosophy and purposes that define PerUs.
Chief Executive Officer
Born into an immigrant family and a home abundant in love, warmth and compassion, Anmol asserts that PerUs is “the fullest, most authentic expression of myself, a reminder of my roots, my values and my passions.” Anmol began his career at Goldman Sachs, followed by becoming a part of the early management team at Copal Partners. He subsequently joined Gaia Renewable Capital, a global private equity firm and, in 2009, co-founded Cians Analytics, where he continues to serve as co-CEO. He is also a member of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management program. Upon the birth of his son Armaan and with thoughtful guidance and support from his wife Devina, Anmol began to conceive of PerUs as a new path for his abundant curiosity and energy. PerUs is a venture expressive of Anmol's deep love of family, commitment to hard work and a desire to engage in a meaningful way. As Chief visionary of PerUs, Anmol's role is to bring it all together and ensure that the ethos remains intact. PerUs is built on the bedrock of perpetuity, allowing our children, members and values to carry us forward.
Head Winemaker
Russell Bevan is an inspired winemaker whose brilliance shines through in the singular wines he nurtures from fruit to bottle. A serious student of wine most of his adult life, Russell first made his mark as a writer with a syndicated column published in Wine Spectator. In 2004, Russell stepped away from the typewriter and into the vineyard, to begin making memorable wines and joining an elite group of winemakers who have received Robert Parker's 100 point score. Russell's Tin Box is the only wine from the 2011 vintage to garner that accolade, and his last three vintages have each received the coveted 100 point score. One of Napa Valley's most skillful winemakers, Russell cites Philip Togni and Greg LaFollette as mentors. He is also winemaker for Chateau Boswell. PerUs sparks Russell's natural exuberance: “This is an amazing convergence of gifted people, offering a chance to learn and be inspired by the some of the best people in wine.”
